David Holiner is the founder and President of Holiner Holdings. He specializes in retail and industrial acquisitions, as well as helping build and execute growth strategies for clients. Prior to Holiner Holdings, David was employed at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas on their Industrial team. He also worked at JLL in Shanghai, China, where he led real estate expansion for multinational companies in Asia. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was an NCAA Finalist, All-American and team captain of the nationally ranked Texas tennis team. He obtained his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York.
Tommy has over five years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, recapitalizations, asset management, and leasing across all property types. Over the course of his career, Tommy has completed $3 billion of real estate transactions. He brings an extensive background in operations and business development having worked in a number of positions across the real estate industry, including tenant representation, investment sales advisory, asset management, acquisitions and fundraising. Most recently, Tommy was on the Investment Team at Savanna Real Estate, a NYC-based investment manager. Prior to Savanna, he worked at Harbor Group International, JLL, and Newmark in New York City. Tommy received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University.
Sabrina specializes in lease transaction management, portfolio analysis, and advisory on behalf of multinational companies. Her expertise in multiple markets sets her apart. Sabrina has been in commercial real estate since 2015, beginning her career at JLL.
Camille Tobolowsky is a commercial real estate transaction coordinator with over 10 years of experience. Holding a real estate license and a doctorate in clinical psychology, her unique blend of skills set her apart. Camille obtained her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University.
