David Holiner is the founder and President of Holiner Holdings. He specializes in retail and industrial acquisitions, as well as helping build and execute growth strategies for clients. Prior to Holiner Holdings, David was employed at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas on their Industrial team. He also worked at JLL in Shanghai, China, where he led real estate expansion for multinational companies in Asia. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was an NCAA Finalist, All-American and team captain of the nationally ranked Texas tennis team. He obtained his master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York.
Michele Kornbluth is a Principal at Holiner Holdings, specializing in healthcare real estate advisory and investment sales. She provides strategic advisory and brokerage services to physician practice groups and investors in healthcare real estate, both regionally and nationally.
Michele joined Holiner Holdings in 2025, bringing over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. A true expert in the sector, she has devoted her career to understanding the business of healthcare while closely tracking the dynamics of the healthcare real estate marketplace. Based in Maryland, Michele has guided a wide range of healthcare real estate transactions, including surgery centers, imaging facilities, laboratories, dental practices, med-spas, and wellness centers. She is well-versed in the complexities of Stark Law and HIPAA compliance, helping clients navigate both regulatory and operational challenges with confidence.
Before joining Holiner Holdings, Michele was a founding principal at Lee & Associates, where she played a key role in growing the brokerage and expanding its healthcare practice. Earlier in her career, she worked with NAI KLNB, earning her SIOR designation, after beginning her career at Lehman Brothers securitizing CMBS loans.
Michele holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Maryland, and has earned the prestigious CCIM designation.
Outside of her professional life, Michele is a dedicated mother of four and manages to stay sane by balancing work with a commitment to health and wellness. She practices yoga, tai chi, and meditation regularly and embraces a healthy, holistic lifestyle that helps her maintain a sense of calm and well-being amid her busy life.
Hudson M. Donham is a Senior Associate Broker at Holiner Holdings specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation. Hudson was born and raised in Dallas, which has provided his deep-rooted connection to the Dallas real estate market. Hudson attended The Bill Munday School of Business at St. Edward’s University, as well as The Culverhouse School of Business at The University of Alabama.
Outside of work Hudson is a member of the Board of Directors of Clayton Dabney for Kids with Cancer. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the YPF Core Committee of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), as well as a member of the Public Realm & Capital Improvements and Public Safety Committees of Uptown Dallas Inc. In his free time Hudson enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, and traveling.
Caleb is a Senior Associate at Holiner Holdings. He is also graduate of UT Arlington in Business Management. Caleb is a tenant representation specialist in the Medical and Retail space across Texas. He puts a strong emphasis on connecting with his clients to assist them in fulfilling their business needs.
Tommy Landry is a Senior Associate at Holiner Holdings, where he specializes in investment sales and leasing of retail and industrial assets. Prior to Holiner Holdings, Tommy was VP of Institutional Partnerships at Goliath Data, a tech-enabled real estate startup focused on identifying off-market opportunities. He previously spent 5 years in New York City as part of the investment teams at Silverstein Capital Partners and Savanna Real Estate Fund, as well as the asset management team at Harbor Group International. Over the course of his career, Tommy has been involved in the acquisition, financing, management, and disposition of over $2 billion in transactions across every major property type. Tommy received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
Taylor Hegemeyer is an Associate at Holiner Holdings. She recently earned her B.A. in Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining the firm, she interned at CBRE in West Los Angeles, where she supported asset management and market research initiatives for a wide range of commercial clients. She also worked as an Environment & Development Intern at the North Central Texas Council of Governments, contributing to regional planning efforts and developing insight into the growth trends shaping the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Brittany works for Holiner Holdings in an advisory capacity to ensure smooth operations for the firm. Her full-time role is managing the P&L for Moet Hennessy’s Spirits brands. She was previously the Director of Commercial Finance for LVMH Group responsible for preparing and analyzing the sales performance across 75+ brands in the US and Canada. Prior to LVMH, she helped manage the $500M+ global marketing budget at Tiffany & Co.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University where she majored in Finance and French and her MBA from Montclair State University with a concentration in Marketing.
